if weather permits, or in our fully equipped boutique studio,
complete with weights and cardio equipment. We will design
a program that is uniquely yours, with our Personal Trainers
guiding and motivating you every step of the way to achieve
maximum results in minimum time. With ongoing
support, advice and persistence from our trainers, you can
see great improvements!
Training sessions are available before work to give you
a clear and energized mind and body or after work, making
the most of your Daylight Savings hours. Or if time is your
limitation why not try a half hour training session during
your lunch break to keep you fit and healthy and give you
an energy boost.
Our highly skilled trainers will firstly conduct a consultation
to assess your fitness needs and then develop, maintain and
motivate you through your training program. Whether you are
